Based in Atlanta, GA. First Team Productions, LLP was founded by two Productions Assistants (PA's), Jennifer “Jedon” Hatcher and Monique C. Shaw. They both realized the power in the role of the production assistant. Often overlooked, but frequently needed in many capacities on a film set. PA's are the bloodline of the Film and Television industry. The Founders know this to be true, firsthand.

Jennifer "Jedon" Hatcher is a graduate of The Art Institute of Philadelphia with a BA in Marketing and also holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Management. She believes in the value of transparency, integrity, and education. As a business owner, she is a detailed-oriented professional that delivers results. She prides herself on her high level of creativity, professionalism, and innovation. Her ability to meet deadlines and maintain budgets are added attributes that she brings with her to set every day. Working as a Key Set PA, First Team PA, and Basecamp PA in the span of her career she has worked on projects such as: Saints and Sinners- The Movie, The Oval, Sista's, The Quad, Christmas Dilemma, Nobody's Fool, Bad Dads Rehab, and a host of other projects. She lives for the hustle and bustle of working on set and loves the responsibility that comes with working directly with the cast.

Monique C. Shaw is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a BA in Media Arts. Through her extensive career working in corporate, she has developed the organizational skills, focus, and drive to manage projects and oversee operational functions within FTP. She thrives on pushing the projects she works with in a productive, forward direction. Working as a First Team PA, Office PA, and Basecamp PA on films like Coming to America 2, The Hate You Give (THUG), Stranger Things, and INSECURE. Monique loves the filmmaking process and is putting her focus on directing her own film projects for the company.
